In day-to-day work, knowledge of database administration and programming as well as a good grasp of Microsoft Office are advantageous.

is a mixture of voice and non-voice support. Here you can help our partners with questions about using our products. Your colleagues and our development teams will support you actively. Solutions to problems are documented using a modern ticket system in which everyone actively participates.

You can also participate in the setup and configuration of our software solutions or software tests. Here you can learn everything new from our developers at first hand. If you enjoy it, you can also participate in our ACTIWARE TechTalks.
